The Challenge

Healthcare technology operates under strict compliance requirements, complex data environments, and the need for real-time reliability. Reliq Health needed a development partner capable of delivering a secure, scalable platform that could handle high-frequency health data from thousands of connected devices while meeting HIPAA standards and supporting rapid growth.

What We Built

Remote Patient Monitoring Platform

We developed the core RPM platform used by care coordinators and clinical staff to monitor patient vitals in real time. The system ingests data from connected health devices — blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, glucometers, and weight scales — and surfaces actionable alerts to care teams when readings fall outside defined thresholds.

Patient Mobile Application

We built the patient-facing mobile application that guides users through daily health check-ins, device pairing, and communication with their care team. The app was designed for older adult users, prioritizing clarity, accessibility, and ease of use without sacrificing functionality.

Clinical Dashboard

Care coordinators interact with a web-based clinical dashboard that surfaces patient data, flags alerts, and supports documentation of care activities. We designed the dashboard around clinical workflows to minimize friction and reduce time-to-action for care teams managing large patient panels.

Integrations and Interoperability

The platform integrates with electronic health record (EHR) systems and third-party data sources, enabling seamless data flow between Reliq Health's systems and existing clinical infrastructure. These integrations were built to support HL7 and FHIR standards for healthcare data exchange.
